NetworksFor many of us, the Internet was the first network we ever saw. Some of us remember the ancient days of the electronic Bulletin Board Systems (BBS). There, we could dial up to play multi-user role playing games. We could browse large directories of useful programs and utilities. We could even communicate within the BBS with our own friends who were members...the first email. Then came the Internet with email and web browsing. Businesses started to see the utility of communicating across wide area networks (WAN). They could post important information for their customers, like their business hours. Imagine that! We could find out when the store was open without calling them! During the late 90s, many offices were learning the benefits of networking their computers together. We were also discovering the value of network security; controlling who gets on the network and what they could see. We also found that we could connect our network to the Internet. And we had to control who got in and out. We built firewalls to protect against hacks of our information networks. And finally, we found ways to provide remote access to our employees from home for telecommuting. We offer the following services:
