Custom Documentation

You know what you want to do with your software and equipment.  But you might not have the time or the inclination to read the manuals they came with.

That’s where we come in.  Through a simple interview process, we determine what your goals are and how your software and hardware fit into your work flow.  Then we develop a working model for the processes of the goals you want to achieve.  Once all the steps in each goal have been documented, we write the process in language you already understand.  We take the most salient, relevant parts of the manuals and put them together in your words.  We can include pictures and animations showing each step, if desired.

Then we work through the steps with you to ensure that you are confident with every detail.  We work with you and your staff so that you can complete each process yourself.  As each task is documented, you can make it a part of your company manual in hard copy or your local area network as a company web page.
